Paola Cristal Vilches Malavé is the Founder of Andiamo Avanti, a hospitality consulting firm specializing in hotel operations, revenue management, sales and marketing, and business strategy.

With experience spanning globally recognized brands such as InterContinental Hotels and The Walt Disney Company, Paola has developed expertise in financial management, operational excellence, guest experience, and revenue optimization. Her career has been defined by helping organizations improve performance, increase profitability, and maintain the highest standards of service.

In addition to her hospitality background, Paola has led the financial and operational oversight of multi-million-dollar projects, bringing a strategic, results-driven approach to every engagement.

Paola holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Puerto Rico and is currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, further strengthening her expertise in financial analysis, compliance, and business performance. She has also completed coursework toward the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification through the Project Management Institute.

Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, Paola partners with independent hotels, boutique properties, and hospitality businesses seeking sustainable growth, stronger direct booking strategies, and enhanced operational performance.

With a strong foundation in hotel and restaurant management, she brings a refined balance of operational expertise and human-centered leadership.
